Made to Order All YUTASHA products are made to order and produced by our fulfillment partner. Please allow additional production time before your order ships.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Rates are subject to change based on carrier and operational factors.

Taxes & Duties International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. YUTASHA is not responsible for any additional costs incurred at customs.

Returns & Exchanges Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged or faulty items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.

Damaged Items Please email us with your order number and photos of the damage. We will respond within 7 business days.
