Refund Policy

At YUTASHA, every product is made to order (MTO) — crafted specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will make it right — either through a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations may only be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
